In the year 2003, Texcumar S.A. It was acquired by Ing. Rafael Verduga R. who performed & oacute; a reengineering regarding the productive and administrative processes that have made Texcumar the main maturation of Ecuador with a recognized name in the shrimp market.
Since August 2005, we have incorporated the ACUATECSA laboratory into the production of nauplii, which doubled our capacity to better meet market demand.
Texcumar has the largest installed capacity for the production of nauplii in Ecuador, 160 million Nauplii per day in two facilities. This allows it to produce with the strictest processes of mass selection in a closed cycle, based on reproduction parameters, growth, survival and resistance to diseases that includes individual analysis for IHHNV in own laboratories.
